Motor D&R engineer, with electric machine electromagnetic and/or mechanical experience. Familiarwith Maxwell/Matlab/Minitab, etc. Good understanding of motor materials, control, testing and motor manufacturing process.
Work with global team for electric machine electromagnetic design and development;
Lead engineering evaluation work on potential cost down regarding motor material, new design, and all related;
Lead issue resolutions for CAF & global plants including program deliverables, current model quality technical resolution, launch issues, etc.
Support the motor localization program deliverables.
Perform D&R roles for on-going programs in the region (Sourcing/DV/PV/Launch /Quality, etc.)
Lead competitor's product benchmark to better understand local market technical trend;
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
At least 3 years working experience in relevant area in other OEM or supplier
Strong cross functional collaboration experience
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
