  1. IMG lead buyer for electronic modules on strategy/ sourcing/ TVM/ operation.
  2. IMG representative on global strategy / QCDR assessment and alignment.
  3. Regional supplier risk management.
  4. Interface with cross functional teams for quality internal cooperation, and smooth delivery of the commodity strategy and program launch. 
  5. Enhance positive relationship with suppliers for mutual success on business.
  1. Lead IMG program sourcing and TVM negotiation.
  2. Lead IMG cost, quality and delivery management from sourcing throughout program lifecycle.
  3. Lead IMG supplier risk management with ICA/PCA development and implementation. 
  4. Lead IMG E2E value chain evaluation on cost opportunities identification and delivery.
  5. Support Global Purchasing Sourcing Approval Forum reviews and approvals.
  6. Represent IMG Purchasing on global commodity strategy / QCDR assessment and alignment.
  7. Enhance healthy relationship with suppliers for mutual success on business.
  8. Work with country Purchasing on PO/TO timely release for new parts/CRQ and TVM claims.
  9. Co-lead with PD on IMG strategy development.

Professional Exposure(Technical Skills): 3+ years of supply chain experience

  1. Production purchasing experience in automotive industry.
  2. Basic technical knowledge on electrical commodities and semiconductors.
  3. Basic strategic thinking in supplier base management.
  4. Adequate problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Strong communication skills in English with cross functional teams.
  6. Adequate experience on supply risk management.
  7. High quality in data analysis.
  8. Resilience to work under pressure.

Preferred previous experiences:

  1. Commodity sourcing experience
  2. Supplier strategy development experience 
  3. Knowledge in purchasing procedures and program launch milestones
  4. Supply risk management experience

  1. Commodity knowledge

  3. Data accuracy
  4. Manufacturing process knowledge (SMT / assembly)
  5. Knowledge in Purchasing procedures, Program launch, and manufacturing process, etc.
