Job Title: Field Consultant for Ford's Strategic Planning and Development Team

Job Mission: To assist in the transformation of the Aftersales business model, acting as the bridge between strategy (Planning) and execution (Field) within the dealership network to ensure profitability, operational excellence, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Functions:

• Support for the Implementation of Pilot Initiatives: When the strategic team decides to launch a pilot initiative, it is crucial to accompany its execution, monitoring, and feedback.
• Identify market gaps and opportunities within the dealership network.
• Validate new concepts in real environments to ensure their viability.
• Driver of the standardization of operational processes that serve as the basis for consistent and efficient management across the entire network.
• Field knowledge, including important relationships with key dealership personnel, as well as their business metrics and management.
• Drive the transformation of the field team, providing continuous support to evolve their profile from an operational one to a business consulting one

• Exclusive Requirements:

• To be a reference point for the Aftersales Operations Manual, a key document that standardizes management and contains the foundations for business transformation, as well as frequently visiting the national dealership network.
  Summary:
• The field team acts as the "eyes and ears" of Ford's strategic planning and development team on the ground, providing a perspective that must ensure that the strategies and tools developed are relevant, desirable, and successful at the dealership level.
