Junior/Senior Finance Analyst

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Junior/Senior Finance Analyst

to join our Finance Team in our Szentendre location.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Work on monthly close activities (prepare and book journal entries for reserves and accruals), prepare account reconciliations.
• Develop controlling related schedules and analysis (Actuals, Forecasts, Budget, etc.).
• Control and prepare schedules relating to monthly reporting of vehicle sales volume, expenses, and revenues.
• Analyse vehicle sales volumes, expenses, and revenue account actuals to explain variances versus budget and forecast.
• Assist in annual budget, business, and operating plans preparation.
• Check and implement pricing proposals (dealer pricelists, invoicing system, dealer claims), support invoice correction actions.
• Prepare program approval papers along with the Fleet, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Provide general Financial support to other departments (both regular and ad hoc).

• You have a University / College degree and 1+ years' work experience in Finance
• You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
• You are confident in using MS Excel
• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
