Lead Data Analyst

In this position ...

Lead the improvement of data systems, complete business projects using Power Bi, Power Automate, etc. to reduce waste.  

What you’ll do ...

• Identify gaps within the warranty system. 
• Guide cross function teams using a strategically driven 6-sigma approach to drive Business Process Improvements. 
• Lead creation of supply chain warranty targets
• Support Supplier Technical Assistant organization by creating system report solutions 
• Develop new reports to provide transparency to the warranty data to identify areas of focus.
• Support warranty team in training and/or providing warranty data. 
• Analyze warranty data to understand top issues that need to be addressed.
• Provide training and support to the supply chain warranty team

You'll have ...

• Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.. 
• Proven analytical skills   
• Advanced Excel skills  
• Data base knowledge such as google cloud platform
• Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership 
• Strong communication and team building
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently to effectively communicate with the global team

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-121,440. 

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360. 

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
