  • Lead Plant PVT MPAT and High Hurts Review
  • Continuous Improvement /FTT / FRC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
  • Prefer some experience within automotive environment.
  • Production or Engineering background in Quality evaluation / improvement in automotive field, lean process.
  • Variability Reduction Teams (VRTs) Subsystem Experience
  • Working knowledge of Quality Operating System (QOS) VOME Program 
  • implementation team experienced in launching new product.
  •  Problem Solving Skill Set, see FAP07-004 (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Positive Thinking Leadership, Strong presentation, and communication skills (written and oral). Independent and proactive but works well with teams.
  • Black Belt Trained, Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
