Prefer some experience within automotive environment.
Production or Engineering background in Quality evaluation / improvement in automotive field, lean process.
Variability Reduction Teams (VRTs) Subsystem Experience
Working knowledge of Quality Operating System (QOS) VOME Program
implementation team experienced in launching new product.
Problem Solving Skill Set, see FAP07-004 (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Positive Thinking Leadership, Strong presentation, and communication skills (written and oral). Independent and proactive but works well with teams.
Black Belt Trained, Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
