- Manage PD launch supervisors, and associated teams.
- Manage Global T6 OPD, TVM & RVC teams.
- Collaborate with and support other T6 Plants in a Lead Launch Manager capacity.
- Will have PD Launch responsibility for T6 vehicles at FTM/AAT/FVL/SKD – Cambodia & Myanmar
- Interface into the LVEA Program Management team and Global T6 Engineering to ensure delivery of TVM and localization activities, homologation, manufacturing and launch requirements.
- Work with New Model Programs and utilize launch team personnel to:
- Engage PD teams in the timely delivery of LQOS.
- Lead VEME and VPSE Emission Pre-Cert (OK to Proceed/Ship) on time before handover to E&SE responsibility for Cert. testing.
- Manage issue resolution using AIM and coordinate ICAs and PCAs into build levels.
- Lead cross-functional teams (PD, Manuf., Purchasing, STA) to achieve quality launch.
- Deliver launch warranty and TGW targets with no recallable defects.
- Establish and lead PD launch team. Ensure appropriate PD representation at plant-based launch and problem meetings.
- Work with engineering and program teams to ensure engineering costs for pre-production builds achieve budget.
- Ensure timely completion of builds and rapid PD response to part and build issues.
- Launch Programs on time, cost and with quality.
- Support FTM OCM and People Development.
- Establish a strong working relationship with FTM PD Engineering Manager and FTM PVT Manager

Education Qualification : Engineering degree and/or relevant experience. Master of Engineering or Business preferred
No. of Years of Experience : Min 8-10+ years
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills) : Significant prior direct responsibility and proven experience in: Engineering, Launch and/or Program Management.
Preferred previous experiences : Automotive experience in PVT, Program Management, Product Planning, Design and Release or Localization Engineering.
Functional Skills :
- Proficient understanding of GPDS disciplines.
Further development of GPDS/LQOS expertise
Outstanding Project Management skills and demonstrated leadership.
