MMOTA (Multi-Modules Over the air update) also named as Ford VSU(Vehicle Software Update) Platform solution; A Ford self developed technology to providing capability of vehicle software update service. We are looking for a talented player to work as application feature engineer leading the VSU feature design and delivery activities for Ford Domestic and Export business .
Key responsibilities include:

Strategy thinking mindset and Able to tell the story with a simple/clear way
Excellent summarize and documentation capability.
Familiar with V Modeling Development method.
Skilled Customer behavior & Customer Data Analysis capability as foundation Data driven Mindset
Verifiable OTA project/Feature/Function delivery samples
Good at Communication across multiple teams to define gap/raise proposal /tradeoff and get alignment
Education Qualification: Bachelor degree or above major in engineering and science technology
Preferred previous experiences: Other OEM OTA Solution leading working experience
Behavioral skills: sense of business urgency, effective decision making with business data analysis, strong verbal and written communication skills of both Chinese and English;
