The Role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing market strategies and customer operations within the region. Implementing, evaluating, and optimizing strategies in alignment with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology. Closely with regional sales and after-sales teams to achieve business objectives and ensures marketing activities align with central marketing strategic framework.
- Zone Marketing Activity Execution: Based on the regional marketing strategy, plan and execute localized marketing activities within the Zone, such as small-scale auto shows, community events, test drives, etc.
- Dealer Marketing Support: Guide and support dealers within the Zone in conducting localized marketing activities, ensuring consistency in brand image and marketing messages.
- Marketing Activity Performance Evaluation: Collect and evaluate the execution effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities within the Zone.
- Regional Market Insight: Collect Zone market information, including consumer preferences, competitor marketing activities, and media trends, and report to superiors.
- Brand Image Maintenance: Ensure that all marketing and sales touchpoints within the Zone comply with company brand image standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Zone Sales Manager and Zone Service Manager to ensure synergy across sales, marketing, and service within the Zone
- 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing, with at least 2 years in regional marketing management/retail marketing.
- Strong capabilities in marketing activity planning, execution, and communication/coordination.
- Familiarity with regional market characteristics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to travel as required, mobile
- Can do attitude and team spirit; Able to think strategically, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Dealing with Ambiguity - Ability to deal with uncertainty
- Good analytical abilities and can pick up new systems / tools quickly
- Ability to communicate a business vision for internal and external partners including goals & results
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects concurrently
